Grief 0ften overshadows our lives leaving us feeling separate and alone. Grief comes in many forms and tends to overlap with other experiences of loss. We will explore the complex nature of grief and its impacts and create opportunities for expression, self discovery and relief through journal prompts, art and interaction with the horses. Join in this day-long workshop and take a break from feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Let nature and horses hold you as we explore our shared resilience through experiential exercises, connection, and meaning making.
Details: All types of grief and loss are welcome. If you are wondering, please ask! You will be welcomed into the herd and invited into a safe space to explore embodiment and sensory awareness. You will come away with more authenticity and clarity in your healing journey. No horse experience is necessary.
