Reclaiming your authentic capacity for connection and joy through a day with horses
In this day long workshop we will be working with mindfulness based embodiment practices and the healing power of horses and the natural world. Horses have much to teach us about ourselves through their capacity to read our non-verbal expressions. On this day you will find a sense of quiet release from stress, anxiety and worry and rekindle your creativity and re-awaken your intuitive knowing. You will learn to ground these resources through your body so you can access them in your daily life. Please join our herd and take time for your self.
